Zone Alarm

This is nice and easy just right click on the Zone Alarm icon in the systems tray by the clock. And the screen below will apear.

Once you have left clicked on the "shutdown Zone Alarm" option the following will apear.

Select "yes" and the box will disapear. The icon in the system tray will also vanish. However the next time the machine is restarted the Zone Alarm icon will reapear and will again act as a firewall on the machine. This is due to Zone Alarm being listed in your machines startup items. This is shown below, goto "start" then "run" and type in "msconfig" press "OK" and you will see it in your start up items as below.
